Hi, My order is has not changed from status of "RJ182191681CN In Customs-Control warehouse Hangzhou Turkey 20140913 1310" from 16 days.The seller says " don't worry , China Post Air Mail always doesn't update the status , maybe on the way to your country." What is the problem?
What do you think? ...

Hello !
I have the same problem with 2 track numbers
RC540227845CN ( since 09/10/2014 ) and RC540229965CN ( since 17/10/2014 ) stucks at costoms-control warehouse at Guangzhou .
Destination is to United arab Emirates . (( U.A.E ))
any help please?!

your two parcels should be delayed by holiday. wait 2 more weeks, they will arrive.

RH028073382CN seems to have some problem to pass safety check in shanghai. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.
