I ordered a package on ebay,tracking number 71186841731,It has been more than 45 days and still we have not received anything,wait or is lost package,thanks!

1. The only tracking I could find is this:

2. May I suggest you read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you are worry about your parcel. Those type of parcel can take up to 60 days for delivery. Your parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. Just make sure you still have buyer's protection for the parcel.

4. Also since I don't know where the parcel is going, you might want to look at this for your country:
