Hi friends my order number is RF191816743CN it was shipped 02-29 but there is no any update about shipping. I asked seller he said the delivery company has forgot shipping. How can they forget? is it normal? What can i do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows only " Electronic Data Received", this means your seller only applied a tracking number from china post , but never actually shipped anything yet. You can wait one more week and track again, if result shows same after one week, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud shipment.
