Post How to contact local delivery company?

Hi,
I'm waiting for a parcel here in France. The China Post tracking for my parcel shows an attempt at delivery last Saturday, and says that the parcel is being processed in my local town. Is there any way to find out who to contact locally about this? I don't know why they couldn't deliver on Saturday (someone was here all day) and if they're having a problem finding my house I can no doubt help, but I have no number to call.

It's shown as being delivered via Post Expres, which seems to be a trading name of prime_posts.com, but if I look on their website it says they can't help with any delivery enquiries and I should contact the sender.....

Grateful for any assistance.

1. Since I don't have the tracking number, it's hard to let you know anything. Have you tried La Poste in France for your parcel:
Customer service: 011 33 810 82 18 21
