Now is China National holiday week, you need wait another 2 to 5 business days to see new status.

1. Your parcel is already in UK, look at Royal Mail site:
01/10/16 11:51 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

Can you please advise how to look through Royal Mail I've tried their tracking service here but it says not recognised. How did you manage to get info, thanks for help

Put your number and track.

2. Then you will see this:

Item: RS238802744CN

from China (People's Republic)
Where has my item been?

just press Where has my item been?
