Post HELP WITH MY ORDER!!

Hello, I ordered something on the 17th May to arrive to Manchester, UK and it hasn´t arrived yet. It is from a company called Dragon Wolf Store and I was not aware of the fact that it was going to be send through this post. My tracking number is 03129493110. The last thing that I see on the tracking page is this:

2016-05-29 05:39:13.0 计划going to next airport/seaport ，计划航班号MH389-004，计划起飞时间16:05

Please if someone can tell me when should I expect my package to arrive or has any information please contact me.

1. Your parcel departed Yiwu city China on a Malaysia Flight MH389-004, going to Kuala Lumpur then UK London.

2. This type of parcel is what we call China Post Small Packet Plus. It can take from 30 to 60 days to be delivered. Out of China this type of parcel can not be track.

3. I suspect by the end of the month you should receive your parcel if UK Customs can clear the parcel fast enough.

I've been trying to email China post because then I would like to change my shipping address to one in London because I will be there at the end of the month. Do you think it's possible? Can you do it?

1. Impossible to change address by China Post, the only other option would be to contact UK post and ask then to redirect your parcel to the new address.

2. Don't forget the 30 to 60 days is only an estimate of arrival time to your home address. It could be shorter if everything goes well.

1. Does UK Post allow a friend of yours to pick up the parcel for you. That would be another option.

Thank you, I will try to arrange it with the post office if that is the case. So now there is no way I know where my package is and just need to wait for it?

1, Yes exactly nobody knows where your parcel is right now. It will just show up just like a letter in your mail.
