what does it mean? why did it freeze like that? and there is these entries in my local cargo company's system:

in local cargo company's track system:

i don't know what did happen but parcel went to guanzhou from shenzhen again after november 07. it went to shenzhen back in november 13. with these, only tracking info's date changed 07/11/2016 to 13/11/2016 in local cargo company's track system.

why did parcel do this route? shenzhen ->guangzhou ->shenzhen ->guangzhou ->shenzhen
