Hello,

I bought an item on eBay and received a tracking no. RG296106712CN; however, this keeps showing that it is "invalid" for the past 2 weeks now.

I have contacted the seller, who says that he mailed the package on 24 September and apparently, the parcel has "trouble at customs" and he will contact the post office to find out more. I cannot confirm that this is true.

Is this possible / how much longer should I wait? (I know that this week is national holiday)

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. Your parcel is not with the China Post mail system.
a. China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel#RG296106712CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !
b. Number: RG296106712CN
Package Status: Not Found
Destination Country: Unknown
Origin Country: China
Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.

2. I suspect the seller does not have on hand the article that you bought so that why it has not been mail yet. You should contact E Bay and advise them of the problem or even open a dispute to get your money back.
