1. According to Royal Mail this where your parcel is:
07/07/16 09:40 ARRIVED IN THE UK HEATHROW WORLDWIDE DC

Ok thanks. 14 days ago. Should it not have been delivered by now? Maybe I should contact Royal Mail?

1. You could contact Royal Mail, it's possibly at the Customs Office in UK.
