I ordered a package by the end of December. Since two weeks ago the status update always with the same.

your parcel should have problem in ZHengzhou customs. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress asap.

Spain post shows that the package is on the way since 10 January, should I open dispute?

i suggest you wait 2 more weeks. if the parcel does not arrive Feb 7, then open dispute.

Hello, track trace number of my package is RC066043324DE, they attempt delivery on 14th of January, but could not deliver since delivery address is company and it was closed in the evening. I wrote an note that delivery should be from 9:30-6:30h

What to do now? Since 14th of January no more information from China Post. How can I get in touch with them?

ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel.
