Hello,

can you help me with this parcel? RM281138135CN It should arrive to MILAN but the tracking says it is in PERUGIA (?)
What could have happened?

The parcel now is in the hand of Italy Post. You need contact them for detail. Maybe seller shipped the parcel to wrong address or maybe Italy Post send it to wrong city by mistake.

Ciao ,è capitato anche a me per ben 2 pacchi provenienti dalla Cina settimana scorsa ,i pacchi da Milano Roserio sono andati ad Ancona per poi tornare a Milano dove abito .
Ti consiglio di contattare le poste tramite Twitter ti rispondono abbastanza velocemente e spiegano bene (almeno con me hanno fatto così)

RU668028476GB. This was received in Suzhou on 13th jan 2018. Its in customs clear IN TRANSIT?? customer is having rouble getting this? please update me

RU668028476GB should have delivery problem. Ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
