Most importantly, please do not let the buyer protection period to passed. Otherwise, you will not be able to file for dispute and claim for refund.

On the second shipment with the tracking number RF278162324CN, it seems that the seller has not physically shipped the items yet. You have to asked the seller whether the items have been physically shipped or not.
