I need some basic information that I was not able to really find nor clarify.

When all goes well and my parcel arrives in Vienna - By which firm will it be handled???
By the local post, or any other company?

I will not be here for two weeks and - if something gets delivered in this timeframe - I want to avoid that it will be sent back.
