Post France tracking no news

Hi guys, I am waiting for a parcel sent from China on may 23rd.
The tracking says the parcel is on its way from the French airport from a week and no news since.
I am worry would you please keep me updated, where is my parcel cause the French post does not has it (I called them).
Tracking number RM686933365CN.

1. The last tracking I found for your parcel is this:
2016-05-31 01:55 Zhengzhou international shipment

2. Your parcel was out of China only on the 31 May.

3. May I suggest you read this for your country France:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time:
On this site:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

4. Please be aware that the time the parcel will be at the France Customs Office does not count for the estimate arrival time.

Thank you for your quick answer.
I actually noticed that the tracking was good, my question is if it's normal not to have any evolution since may 31st.

1. Yes it's quite normal not to have any evolution. If the parcel is not scan, you will not see anything except the last scan.

2. When the parcel arrive in France, is it scan immediately by France Post Office or does it go to the France Customs Office first?

3. You could call France Post office to find out what would be the answer of the questions. How does France Post handle Registered parcel coming from China.
