Post Epacket tracking help

Hello,

I have 2 packages sent by epacket coming to the UK (tracking numbers LX944835697CN and LX944835564CN), Aliexpress noted both as shipped and had tracking numbers on 03/05/16 (3rd May), however neither tracking code worked until 11/05/16 when the tracking code LX944835697CN started working, and these are the tracking results for this:

2016-05-12 04:09 Shanghai and from Shanghai to London Heathrow airport hub
2016-05-11 19:00 Shanghai, express delivery of bulk acceptance has been received (the embrace cast member name: Ding Xiujun, Tel:)

Since then nothing has changed, and the tracking code LX944835564CN doesn't work.

Can anyone help or advise with and more information?

1. Everything you check I did check on different site and come to the same conclusion as you.

2. Please be aware that when your parcel were mail out China was just ending the Labor Holiday. This is not an excuse but could contribute to the delays.

3. For parcel LX944835697CN, I found another sup tracking.

12.05.2016 04:09 Left postal office 上海市 Next Office: 伦敦希思罗机场航空枢纽

It has left Shanghai for Next Office: London Heathrow hub

4. For parcel LX944835564CN, maybe you should contact the seller and explain to him the problem.

I have this tracking number but it hasn't been able to track it and i dont know where it it is.
Please help me track it. The tracking number is LX947497375CN

1. Could not find the tracking on 4 different sites.
2. Either the seller did not mail the parcel!
3. Ems did not pick up the parcel, or did pick it up but did not put it into the tracking system!
4. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel? Only the seller knows what happen to your parcel.
