I tried to contact the customer service chat and EMS from China page using the translator to understand the answers, it seems absurd the way they respond almost annoyed of the questions, I wanted to know only after when a parcel will be declared lost in transit and will take away the word , is this possible ? possible that a package that puts us three days to arrive in Italy after 20 days is not declared lost? The shipping cost is not a lot of economic ones.

1. As far as I'm concern you should not deal with the China Post EMS, they are only the transporter of a parcel from the seller. The seller should deal with that not you.

2. If you feel that your parcel is lost/misplace (by the way my personal opinion your parcel is lost/misplace), then just open a dispute with the seller to get your money back. Seller will deal with China Post EMS not you.
