1. Maybe your parcel has problem passing the China Post Export Customs scan in Shanghai.

2. May I suggest your read this:

3. You might want also to advise the seller that you parcel seems to have some problem at the Customs in Shanghai. He could call China Post: 11185 to find out what is wrong with your parcel.
