My package is stuck at ; Amsterdam export customs cleared, since 25 december, can someone help me? What does it mean and how long does it take before it moves again?

it seems the parcel is lost in Netherlands customs. you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress asap.

I bought it from DHGate, do you know how i open a dispute on that site?

you can contact DHgate customer service, they should have some what to refund you money for non-arrival parcel.
