Hello as you can see in the subject, my question is if my parcel already left china or not ? Because then it would have been stucked in Guangzhou for about mor than 1 week.
Tracking Number : RS192443570CN
Because if i track it it only shows me that customs cleared in Guangzhou.

2. So according to the above tracking, your parcel is On Route to Germany. Has it physically left China, because we don't have a flight number, you and I can not answer that question.

3. Can I tell you that I suspect that the parcel has left China, yes I can tell you that because the last tracking was on the 05 Oct. You might want to read this for your country:

4. As far as I can see your parcel is fine, you just need to wait for it and maybe you could also possibly track it on the Germain Post site.
