Post Confusion about tracking system.

I've been trying to track a parcel (RH083321093CN) from Shanghai to France but it seems like each time I use different tracking on the same website, I have different results.

First, I use the "Track China Post Register Airmail' and it shows me that my parcel is still in Export Security Scan for almost two weeks now (12/11/2014).

Then I use "Global Tracking - Track China Post Parcels to France", which is pretty much confusing because all it says is "Status: Arriving France" with the date 24/11/2014.

The example tracking information given there shows that it's in this order: "Collection - Opening - Departure from outward office of exchange - Shipping - Final Delivery".

However, when I use the tracking they offer there, it shows that my parcel is "Collection - Departure from outward office of exchange - Opening".

You can see my confusion now? If my parcel is still in Export Security Scan, then how come it says that my parcel is arriving in France? Why is "deparute from outward office of exchange" and "opening" switched places?

Is my parcel lost or something? Is this a normal issue or am I just special?

Please help. Thank you in advance.

Oh! Well, thank you. I was worried when I saw so many conflicting and different results. Do you have any idea when it would be out of Export Security Scan since, like I mentioned above, it's been a little bit over two weeks now?
