2. May I suggest you call Germain Post Office to find out about your parcel if it arrive in Germany. It should it's been a month now.

3. You could also contact seller and tell him you have not receive the parcel.

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. The parcel is not into the China Post mail system.

2. You should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel because you can not track it.

1. The tracking number is requested by the seller to China Post at that time the parcel is not mail because the request is made electronically.

2. When the parcel is ready, the seller fill in the declaration form and glue it to the parcel. Then the parcel is either pick up by a courier service or drop at a China Post Office.

3. From there on the parcel will be register into the tracking system of China Post.

4. Because your tracking number is a valid tracking number and I can not track your parcel, this mean only one thing, the parcel is not into the hands of China Post.

5. This is why I ask you to contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel. It can take up to 10 days for China Post to register a parcel into the China Post system.

6. If the answer of the seller does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute to get your money back.
