Hey, chinapostvolunteer,
first of all, thanks a lot for the good work that you do here to help us all. :)
My problem is a letter, not a parcel, that is late in being delivered.
This is the number: RR922872769CZ
Can you help ? Do the same rules apply to delivering letters as to parcels ?
It's a very important document inside, and I'm getting worried.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has not arrived China yet. If it arrives China, the tracking result will show Beijing or Shanghai location
