Hello,

I've actually order a package on the 24th of February, my package has been send on the same day.
But still not received
I've cheked on the tracking system and i've seen that my package checked on the 29th:
Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

Could you give any information regarding the date of arrival ?
Ps: It should arrive in Belgium

if your parcel was shipped on Feb 24, normally it should track 2 to 5 weeks to reach your country. you need some patient.
