Aliexpress tracking info sais : "delivery attempt failure" while no postal service whick I use in my country actually tried to deliver it to me.
Could you, please tell:
1) if it is in Ukraine or not
2) which postal service could process it in Ukraine

Found it by myself at NovaPoshtaInternational. At lost parcel pool 🙂
Those ... misinterpreted my phone number from address label and ignored physical address.
In a couple of weeks my parcel could be utilized at all. Morans 🙂
