Post 83+ days RI743324705CN still in transit

I have made an order from Ali at 10 Dec, 2015 and seller told me that parcel was shipped right away. I was able to track it next 2 days but about 80 days were passed and it never arrived to my country (Ukraine). do you think shipment was lost? or it was scum since no evidence was shown about parcel shipped to me but only tracking number. please advice

if could be lost. normally parcel should arrive Ukraine in 60 days.
