Post 51 days and STILL no parcel!?!?

My parcel number is: RJ655369065CN. My last status update is that my parcel departed Hangzhou on 3 December 2015, at 19:17. Where is it now? I cannot believe it can still be in transit 51 days later? I ordered a parcel from another seller 3 days later than this one and it arrived within 3 weeks (although it did go through another airport).

Its f***ing stuck on ''Hangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared'' for 27 days!!!!!!!!!!! and its a BELT!!!!!!!

delivery can take more than 60 days, just keep active you buyer protection if you've bought from aliexpress/ebay/etc and open a dispute with the seller for a lost package after 60 days

delivery to canada takes 30 up to 60 days, and the time of arrival depends from Canada customs.. your parcel is already in canada customs since weeks waiting to be inspected and processed for delivery 😉

Is there no one out there with any specifics as to if there is a hold up a Hangzhou, I live in The Netherlands.
