Hi

My tracking number is RC578990540CN. I had administrative documents sent to France on the same day I sent my letter. The documents have arrived but my letter is still "in transit".
I'm a bit worried because I will be travelling soon and I will need that letter to arrive before I leave. Normally I send letters from China to France every month and they have always arrived exactly 15 days after I post it in China Post. It's been 20 days now and I find it unusual.

Could I please have an update on where my letter is and when is the estimated time it will arrive?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RC578990540CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jun 24.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 10 to 30 days in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait about 10 to 30 days to get it in France.

If I wait another 23 days it will be past the latest delivery your website has recorded. So it does not make any sense for me to wait more than 23 days.

How come the process is later than it usually is? China post has always delivered my letters exactly on 15 days.
