I order from China a lot. Often times when I order Express Mail to the US I've always had my package in a week. Now, I have two packages that haven't moved in a month. They haven't even left China yet. All the responses from "chinapostvolunteer" claim you have to wait 7-20 for the package to be given flight space. But I question this. How is it air mail and express mail both have that same wait time? What is anyone paying for express mail for if it's going to take just as long as air mail? I sincerely want an answer about WHY this is. Don't just say "don't worry, this is normal". No, it isn't. I've been ordering via China Post for years and it hasn't been until this year, in particular these last few months, that suddenly service had grossly decreased. So, why is it? Why is anyone paying for express mail if no one gets the service promised by this carrier?

Oh I get it. My package has been "waiting on a flight" in Guangzhou since July 6th. It's extremely frustrating. I paid for faster shipping. It seems like everyone's packages are stuck there. We just keep getting the same generic answers. I wish they would answer the questions you asked. I do want an explanation.
