Hi!

I have reached my local postal office and they told me my package is still in customs.

Do you have a way to get in touch with them and ask for the reason why it's taking too long to be sent?

Cause I've been told customs will not give information to me directly, but to the carrier.

The tracking number of my package is LZ649861537CN

if you are shipper, you can bring original receipt and ask China Post to file an investigation. If China Post investigation shows the parcel is lost, shipper can get some compensation from China Post.

If you are receiver, you can not do anything with China Post. The only thing you can do is to open dispute to paypal/aliexpress/amazon to claim refund from seller. Let seller to deal with China Post.
