Post Where on Earth is my parcel?

Hi there,

Would appreciate help with parcel with tracking number RD312589993CN. The tracking info is Image

And when I click "Track in destination countries" and use the same tracking number, it gives me no information basically

the parcel arrived Russia in June but failed delivery. If you don't contact Russian Post to pickup within 2 month of fail delivery date, they will return the parcel or sell the parcel at officer's choice. I believe now it is too late to get your parcel back. your money is lost.
