Hi,

my parcel with Tracking No.: RP009207988CN is flagged as delivered but I never got it.
Where is it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP009207988CN shows the parcel was delivered on Aug 27 in Roma.

Italy Post website shows shows it was delivered ROMA RM, Consegnata on Aug 27.

You need contact your local post office for delivery detail.

Parcel shoul have been delivered in Avezzano not in Roma, 100 km away...
Don't know if you are aware that Roma is the capital of Italy, almost 3 milions of inhabitants, I have no idea on how many post offices there are...thousands.
Are you really asking me to spend next months going from one post office to another asking for the parcel that YOU should have delivered to me in Avezzano?
If this is a joke I'm not appreciating it.
Please provide a professional feedback.

if you are not in Roma, it means your seller gave you other people's tracking number. You need open dispute to aliexpress/paypal against fraud.
