Hi,

It's been 30 days since I bought some stuff and suddenly the seller account has been closed and the order cancelled.

This is the tracking number.
UG217838010CN

Any help?

All I got from this tracking number is :

"Sent to airline空公司运输，计划航班号TRUCK-QR815-149，计划起飞时间23:30"
This was 25 days ago.

the seller told me that my package had arrived in my country and I would receive the package within 5 days! This was last monday.
China post says this:

2018-02-11 14:32:23.0 广东Shenzhen shipping center received
2018-02-11 18:15:47.0 广东Shenzhen shipping center customs scan
2018-02-11 20:46:39.0 已leaving 广东Shenzhen shipping center ，next station center
2018-02-13 18:15:47.0 计划going to next airport/seaport 空公司运输，计划航班号TRUCK-QR815-
149，计划起飞时间23:30

Is it possible to fake all these information?

above info seems to be china post regular airmail. this is very slow parcel. normally it will take about 4 to 12 weeks to reach destination. 5 days arrival is impossible. your seller obviously is misleading.

I mean, Can you from your experience confirm that something has been sent? This was supposed to be sent nearly a month ago but the seller account has been closed earlier today so I'm a bit confused now..

UG217838010CN is real number. the parcel has been shipped. but you still need to be cautious. maybe he shipped some trash item to you.

Normally I only track in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , many other websites give very confusing translation result, it is just waste of time to use their tracking result.

This one says "No shipping records"
http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php

which one should I trust?

Wow, this is so sad, so UG217838010CN shows "no shipping records"

Is it normal that the parcel travel through Qatar when final destination is Europe? I'm checking some others tracking numbers and none of them has the status:

计划going to next airport/seaport 空公司运输，计划航班号TRUCK-QR815-149，计划起
飞时间23:30

Should I be worried?
