"Friend, tracking numbers can only be found in our post office,

no, u normally get the tracking number with the order, an item cannot be shipped without a tracking number normally. u mabey got scammed, ask the seller again

LA109843562US is USPS first class mail. China Post does not scan and update its status. So you can not know its status in China. You can not even know if it has arrived China or not. Next time please use USPS priority mail to ship parcel to China.
