Hi would like to know Where is my package, haven’t ad new update since the 5 dec

AT570155935CN arrived in QC Saint-Jérôme on Dec 5 but never delivered. Normally this means the shipper printed wrong parcel address and parcel can't be delivered.

You can wait one more week and see what happen, if you can't get it by Dec 23, you have to open dispute to seller for refund.

Thank you for u answere, do you know if its post Canada that have it? Soo i know where i could call, i don’t want no refund, and i want it its for christmas!!

Canada Post is total a mess after the strike. No information from them.
