Hello I'm just looking for an update on my package EB838524273CN, it's been stuck on Item Held by export customs/security in Guangzhou since April 25, 2025. It's been about 2 weeks since then and I just want to make sure nothing is wrong. My package is supposed to be delivered to the United States. Thank you for any help and time looking into this.

EB838524273CN is still hold in the customs. I think the US import tariff changing has caused some delay.

Okay thank you for the replay. So just to be clear there's merely a delay right now. It will still come even without the customs declaration to waive import duty?

Sorry, made mistake for last message. Based on new US policy, The duty is paid by shipper not receiver. So many recent parcels to USA are delayed because shipper has some problem to pay the import duty.

okay, thank you for the information. hopefully the delay isn't too long. I did contact the seller and they said that there isn't anything wrong with the shipping and that China just has strict inspections and I'm assuming change in US policy doesn't help. Hopefully there will be an update on status soon. thank you again

does anyone know if there is a specific timeframe on the delay holds for exporting because I now just realized that it's been 3 weeks since my package has been Guangzhou

EB838524273CN was returned to shipper in China on May 15. Not sure the return reason. You need to ask seller to refund you money.
