My package has been sitting in New York for days and this package has been in transit since April 26th. The shipper keeps telling me that the package should delivery within 30 days. Today is the 30th day and still not move or update. Please provide an update

I also have another tracking number: ZC04366368799
This shipment was in Cincinnati, Ohio's warehouse and then moved to Columbus, Ohio's warehouse and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. The shipment has been sitting there for days with no movement. The seller as advised that they package should deliver. This package has been in transit since April 30th with no movement or update. Please locate the package and schedule the delivery as soon as possible

both items are shipped by a China Post agent service which can not be tracked in local USPS.com. Are you purchased from big marketplaces like Amazon, Aliexpress, TEMU etc? If not, you should be cautious of scam. Many bad sellers use such ZC*** parcel to do online shopping scam. The story is complicated and not easy to explained in short words.

Just remember, if your seller uses such ZC*** parcels shipped the goods to you, but you don't get the item (or get some cheap junk which is not ordered by you) after waiting more than 30 days, you need to call your credit card bank and report fraud asap.

This is shipped by a vendor is China named Tracy DIY. I have bought things from her for years and this is the first time I have had a problem like this. Interesting that you would say this is a scam

not necessarily scam. But many cheaters use such ZC*** parcel to ship orders because it does not have local tracking service. This make buyers impossible to verify their order delivery address.
