http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY832592641CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 12 but never moved from Guangzhou. This is a bad news which means the parcel might be seriously delayed or even lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Nov 13, open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
