why is taking so long to my parcels arrived to my contry? this website tracking says UN220518611CN - 2018-10-02 00:42- Plan to pay airline transportation, plan flight number CZ487, scheduled departure time 00:20. The parcel RP045234969CN says- 2018-10-04 22:45 - Shipped by airline.
this latest information is from September and we are in November in both cases.
I want some answers please.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting flight space and import customs processing in destination country (Portugal). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 6 weeks period.
