I ordered my item since June & I still haven't received anything! Very upsetting! Tracking hasn't updated to where my package is! # LY382944705CN

I have emailed this company 3 times & I still haven't gotten a response. Very unprofessional.

USPS website shows Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC SAN FRANCISCO (USPS) at 8:41 pm on July 13, 2018.

You need call USPS for delivery detail. If they can not find it, your parcel should be lost by USPS.
