Good day,

Can you tell me wher my package is? according to the sender it should be on it's way, but when I use the tracking number, It says there is no shipping record.

My tracking number is: LZ648949802CN

If seller really shipped your goods, you can track shipment data from above page in 48 hours. So If you get the number from seller more than 3 business days ago and still shows no record, you should be cautious of fraud.

I suggest you push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
