Hello.

Can you tell me what is happening to my package? (no status update for 8 days)

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF399432356CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jul 28.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in Slovenia.

RU240293002NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
