I ordered a package off DHgate on the 9th of June and when I track it says
福建高楼shipping center received
2018-06-15 09:20:29.0 福州 export security scan
2018-06-15 12:52:24.0 arrive customs
2018-06-15 12:52:33.0 福州center export customs scan (domestic transit )
2018-06-28 09:47:39.0 福州 import customs scan
2018-06-28 09:48:41.0 福州center import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Where is it and how long will it take

"import customs cleared (domestic transit )"means the parcel was returned to China. You can not get it anymore. Not sure the return reason. It should be returned by your country's post office.

If you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival order refund.

you can not get this parcel any more. Not sure the return reason. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
