i used ems for delivery from China to Indonesia with tracking number EA323455167CN, but it seems it is stucked at transit. may i get help about it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EA323455167CN shows the parcel never go out of Shenzhen office. It is strange and normally a bad news which means the parcel might be lost. I suggest you wait one more week, if status does not change, open dispute for lost parcel.

but i opened 17track and it shows me departure from outward oe

We don't know much about 17track result. Our database shows the parcel has never moved from Shenzhen post office. If you believe 17track's result, then you can keep waiting, no need open dispute.

i have contacted EMS in china, and they said that the package is on the way to Indonesia

Then i opened EMS indonesia and here's the status

CHINA CN 2018-06-19 18:00 Posting/Collection
CHINA CN 2018-06-20 00:28 Departure from outward OE

so, which one is correct?
So, although the status is already departure then there is a chance that the package is still on SZ office?
