Hey 😀 ,
So I ordered a product on the 12th of September and I've had no updates on its whereabouts. Wondering if there is actually any information on where it is?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ814460304CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you just got the number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Ok thank you. Is there a chance this number could be from another postal service? Do you know where I could check this?

LZ814460304CN is China Post tracking number format. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php is the web page to verify it is fake or true.
