I placed and order june 9th your site says it was in transit I still have not received them yet. my tracking number is LY313412198CN

USPS website shows it arrived San Francisco on Jun 27. Not sure why it is still there. Normally this means the parcel might be lost.

You need call USPS and ask them to locate the parcel for you.
