The tracking information says "Payment of charges/ Addressee advised to pick up the item" but does not say where or with whom, the package must be delivered in Mexico. Please help!

We don't have your tracking number. From your message, it seems that your parcel is in Mexico.

You need contact your local Correos de Mexico office and pickup the parcel.
