Good day

I live in South Africa and am waiting on delivery of a parcel that is currently stuck in Guangzhou since 23/03/2015 (23 March 2015) and has not moved.

Tracking Number: RJ421457260CN

Your average time to South Africa is 69 days from Beijing. However the parcel has not even reached Beijing yet. Its been stuck in Guangzhou for the last 47 days. My sons birthday is on 06/06/2015 (06 June 2015) and I was really hoping that the parcel will be here by then.

Please look into this matter. I would appreciate feedback.

Our arrival time big data report shows it might take up to 70 days from China to South Africa. the parcel should be on the way, however, if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute.
