Hi need advice if anyone can help this is my first china import to the uk.
In a nut shell i bought a beauty machine , ive been charged 4 times for delivery companies.
Promised delivery in 24hrs.
Anyway after 6 weeks i got a tracking number went to customs attempted delivery made to pay 215usd for repackaging went back to customs in china attempted delivery to be told i had to pay for something called delivery door 175usd which ive not paid up to yet , my parcel is on its way to the uk to heathrow airport as the china seller said they had sorted it, but they are saying if i dont pay the money ems will stop the parcel at hongkong airport. Considering ive sent them around 13 payments through western union for a 430 beauty machine and 218usd delivery which has cost me around 2k at the moment.
Customs told me i should not be paying any money at china customs parcel force have said the same .
Can the seller stop the parcel once its on route? ive questioned him state the facts with there garbage they fed me to get verbally abused everytime got false promises im not sure what to do can anyone advise

Because even if its not left the areo hub to the uk?
Im having a right mither the seller makes me pay money all the time for silly things repackaging in chinese customs and now 174usd for delivery door. Parcel force uk have told me not to pay anymore money but the seller said his company will stop the parcel and he will get in trouble
