http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UQ069846696CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(WISH shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from WISH website, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud shipment.
