Hi, I would like to know where is my package and why does it take so long to arrive as it has been sent one month ago. My tracking code is RG952373311CN. When will it arrive at destination?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG952373311CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 18.

After sent to airline, this kind of china post register mail parcel will wait about 2 to 3 weeks to catch flight to Vancouver, then wait another 4 to 8 weeks to complete Canada customs processing in Richmond,BC. Total you might wait up to 3 months to the register airmail parcel from China.

Next time please use ePacket to ship parcel from China to Canada which is much faster than register mail. Register mail tracking number starts with letter L not R.
